JEH Stallions Sire Million Dollar Futurity Winners
PILOT POINT, TX - DECEMBER 3, 2007 - The American Quarter Horse Industry currently has four races for two-year-olds over $1,000,0000, two of which are $2,000,000 races.
Those races are the All American Futurity(G1, $2,000,000), Los Alamitos 2 Million(G1, $2,000,000), Golden State Millioin(G1, $1,000,000) and the Texas Classic Futurity(G1, $1,000,000). Through December 3, 2007, JEH Stallions have sired the winners of two of those races and have a good shot at winning a third.
Heartswideopen, sired by FEATURE MR JESS, won the All American Futurity September 3 at Ruidoso Downs, NM. She picked up a winners pay check of $1,000,000. On December 1, Illegal Memories by ILLEGAL RUNAWAY, won the Texas Classic Futurity at Lone Star Park. Out of a LEAVING MEMORIES mare, he earned $475,837.
Next week, Grade 1 winner Ancient Ruler, by THIS SNOW IS ROYAL, will go to the post the Los Alamitos 2 Million at Los Alamitos Race Course. In the other million dollar race, the Golden State Million run on November 2 at Los Alamitos Race Course, Stylish Jess Br, a filly by FEATURE MR JESS, finished third earning $138,924.
