October 6 - Snow In April, a four-year-old THIS SNOW IS ROYAL filly, won the $16,434 Sunset Stakes at Evangeline Downs. Owned by Betty Jo Spence and trained by Phillip Calais, Jr., Snow In April went :46.163 in the 870 yard event to win by a length. She earned $9,960 for her effort.
October 5 - Ida Snow Man, a four-year-old THIS SNOW IS ROYAL gelding, finished third in the $30,000 Classic Chevrolet Heartbeat of America Handicap(RG3) at Lon Star Park. He races for Desirable Properties, Inc. and is trained by Michael S. Zingelman.
September 30 - Texas Chick Flick, FEATURE MR JESS out of Chicks Robins Girl by Hemp Myers, finished second in the $16,300 Idaho Falls Horse Racing Futurity at Sandy Downs. Bred by Pine Mist Ranch the gelding races for Don Keys Racing and is trained by Brent W. Bowman and ridden by Brian Long.
September 22 - Let It Snowman, a five-year-old THIS SNOW IS ROYAL gelding won the $45,000 O.B. Cockrell Quarter Horse Handicap at Alburquerque. Owned by Maria G. Gonzalez and trained by Ramon Gonzalez Let It Snowman picked up the winners share of $27,000. Poker Featurea four-year-old FEATURE MR JESS gelding bred by Ramich Farms & James E. Helzer finished third. Poker Feature races for Lawrence Boyd and is saddled by Oscar V. Carrete. He earned $4,950.
