TOP THOROUGHBRED BLOODLINES AVAILABLE AT JEH TEXAS

ArtPILOT POINT, TX—JANUARY 23, 2009—One of the best bred stallions in the nation stands at JEH Stallion Station-Texas near Pilot Point, Texas.

The stakes-placed C'MON TIGER who finished second in the Santana Mile Handicap at Santa Anita Park will begin his stallion career this year.

C'MON TIGER is a son of All-Time Leading Thoroughbred sire Storm Cat, the sire of 8 champions, 147 stakes winners with earnings of more than $102,000,000.

His dam is multiple grade 1 producing Cee's Song who is the dam of Horse of the Year Tiznow ($6,427,830), Budroyale ($2,840,810), Tizbud ($230,266), C'MON TIGER ($137,050) and Tizdubai ($117,780).

Tiznow is the only horse in the history of the Breeders’ Cup to win the Classic twice. He retired sound. In the breeding shed he was ranked third in 2008 among all Thoroughbred stallions in the nation with earners of $8,729,321. From four crops to race he has sired 1 champion and 39 stakes winners of nearly $17,000,000.

C'MON TIGER is the property of Jim and Marilyn Helzer and will stand for a fee of $3,000 in 2009.

JEH Texas also introduced the five-time stakes winner GOING WILD, a son of Golden Missile, for 2009. Going Wild won or placed in 19 of 35 starts earning $513,200 and retiring sound at six.

He won the Premier H., San Miguel S., Michael G. Schaefer Mile S., Sham S., Free Spirits H., Zip Pocket S., and was finalist in the Kentucky Derby(G1) and Preakness Stakes(G1).

ArtHis sire, a son of A.P. Indy, earned $2,194,510 with wins that included the grade 1 Pimlico Special Handicap. In the breeding shed from five crops to race he has sired nine stakes winner with earnings of over $10.1 million, including grade 1 winner Gold ($745,617).

GOING WILD's dam is a multiple stakes producing daughter of Strawberry Road (AUS) who is out of the stakes winning and stakes producing mare Nureyev's Best, by Nureyev.

GOING WILD is the property of R.D. Hubbard, Jim and Marilyn Helzer and will stand for a fee of $2,500 in 2009.

Rounding out JEH Texas' Thoroughbred roster for 2009 is the stakes winning and grade 1 stakes-placed TOUCH TONE. The son of Pick Up The Phone won or placed in seven of eight starts at 3 and 4 and earned $632,850.

He won the Iowa Derby and Alysheba Breeders' Cup Stakes and was second to Horse of the Year Point Given in the Haskell Invitational Handicap(G1).

From a limited number of starters, TOUCH TONE has sired seven winners. Owned by Tom Durant, his fee for 2009 is $1,500.
