September 5 - Jess Perfect Girl, a FEATURE MR JESS two-year-old finished third in the $61,180 Yavapai Downs Futurity(G3) at Yavapai Downs. Bred and owned by Las Vegas Ranch the filly is out of the Dash Thru Traffic mare, Look Both Ways. Raul Hernandez trained the black filly ridden by Vince Guerra.
September 5 - JEH Stallions sired two finalist to the $50,000-added Valley Junction Futurity(G2) during trials run at Prairie Meadows. Snow Burn, a THIS SNOW IS ROYAL filly racing for Horton Racing, LLC posed the third best time in four trials. Bannow Bay, a TRES SEIS gelding bred and owned by J. Garvan Kelly & Nancy Yearsley posted the final time. The 350 yard final will be run on September 15.
August 25 - Snow Albi, a gelding by THIS SNOW IS ROYAL, set the third fastest time in the $35,000-added Sam Houston Derby(G2). Owned by D.D. Lightsey and trained by Jane Van Bebber the grade 1 winner will return on September 8 in the 440 yard finals at Sam Houston Race Park.
