SYNDICATION AGREEMENTS READY ON FIRST DOWN MORN

PhotoWYNNEWOOD, OK—NOVEMBER 18, 2008—Syndication agreements are now ready for the grade 1 stakes-placed FIRST DOWN MORN who will kick off his first season as stud in 2009 at JEH Oklahoma-Division in Wynnewood, Oklahoma.

The son of First Down Dash won or placed in seven races while earning $193,829. He finished third in the El Primero Del Ano Derby (G1) and was finalist in the Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity (G1), Governor's Cup Derby (G2) and Sgt. Pepper Feature Handicap (G3).

The royally bred colt is out the stakes winning Thoroughbred mare Icy Morn who won 20 of 39 races while earing $380,688. She set track a track record for five furlongs in :55.76 at Lone Star Park.
FIRST DOWN MORN is a half-brother to stakes winner Icy Lane-TB, grade 1 stakes-placed Early Morning Bite, and stakes-placed Slightly Icy.
