TRES SEIS SIRES TWO FINALISTS TO TQHA SIRES CUP FUTURITY
HOUSTON, TX—June 27, 2008—JEH Stallion Station's TRES SEIS sired two of the ten top qualifiers from nine trials to the $50,000-added TQHA Sires Cup Futurity at Sam Houston Race Park on Thursday night.
The ten finalists will return on July 11 to contest the final.
Tres Of Romance finished second in the seventh trial to post the fourth fastest time. Racing for Sharon Koltiska Revocable Living Trust and Shirley Richardson, the gelding is out of Red Temptress by Rolls Of Romance.
Judd Kearl trained the gelding ridden by Gaspar Riviera. Broken Bones Cattle Company and Ed Leslie are the breeders.
Secret Honor broke her maiden in her first start when she won the third trial and set the seventh best clocking. Racing for I'll Take A Twirl, LLC and trained by John Favre the filly is out of the Royal Quick Dash mare Royal Quick Glass. Bred by William O. Dale, she was ridden by Rodrigo Vallejo.
